OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
This is an optional loop which can be added to any file - it goes between the induction and the body, and can be looped as many times as you wish. It can also be looped while you are relaxing or doing other things.
A simple addition for those who like to make their own optimal playlists. A good space filler.
