OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
This is a simple guided relaxation induction. It includes visualization, progressive muscle relaxation, and a countdown. There is no music in this file, just a primary track of my voice. Simple and effective. It is perfect if you need a bit of a longer induction, or you want to fall especially deeply into trance. It is not Domme-specific and you can put it before any file.
