The Art of Surrender is a psychological conditioner. Not as erotic as I would have liked, but effective for it's purpose. This recording begins with a classical, progressive relaxation induction, but once you begin to relax, the recording splits into three simultaneous tracks. The most prominent two tracks interweave while they talk about the difficulty of knowing your true self and the importance of listening to your subconscious. Although at some points it sounds like a textbook recitation of the conflict between the conscious and subconscious, the monolog serves to distract the conscious mind while sneaking in the suggestion that MB's voice is your subconscious mind whispering your true desires to you.
The subliminal "whispered" track contains the real messages of the recording; the post-hypnotic suggestions, that you can only discover your true self by surrendering your mind through hypnosis to MB, obeying her, and following the submissive path she has laid out for you.
This recording is not as blatantly sexual as "Snake Charmer" (there is no mention of specific physical reactions). But it is intelligently written, subtle, and effective for it's purpose, which is to make you "want" to be more submissive to MB and want to explore that desire by giving yourself to her hypnotic control.
